BASIC PRINCIPALS

Simply Secure is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. As a matter of policy we will not disclose, sell, trade or rent ANY of our users individual, personal details to any third party. Simply Secure offers a very strong assurance of continuity in the privacy policy set down here. Any personal information we collect will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Simply Secure will only collect information about individuals, where it is specifically and knowingly provided, for example, at the time of registration or at the time of ordering. This data is referred to in this policy as ‘personal information’.
When you register or order, we collect personal information to process and fulfil your order(s). When you order, we do NOT save your payment card details. We do however save your billing and delivery addresses for future use. When you place an order we will carry out security checks to protect against fraudulent transactions.
The information we collect will also be used to help us review, develop and improve the products and services we offer.

E-MAIL PRIVACY

As stated above, Simply Secure will NOT disclose your individual, personal details to any third party. This includes your e-mail address.

COOKIES

The cookies set by Simply Secure do not directly include any information you may have supplied to us. Any cookie set by us can only be read by Simply Secure.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Simply Secure invests in high-quality security and takes all reasonable and practicable precautions to keep your personal information secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breach of security as a result of a deliberate, malicious or criminal attack on our systems, as covered by the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and similar legislation. Please note that we also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable information at the request of the police or other authorised government agencies, in order to comply with UK law.
