Some items/orders may possibly be subject to delays/extended delivery times further to COVID restrictions and extended shipping/re-stock schedules. Items may occasionally be listed as 'in stock' but may be awaiting shipment/arrival from the wholesaler/supplier. We endeavour to keep the site updated, and aim to process orders as soon as possible. Please contact us directly if you would like further information on this regarding a particular product/stock status. If a placed order is subject to delays beyond an acceptable timeframe, we will gladly refund your purchase/order transaction in full. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

How much will delivery cost me?

There is only one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated according to the location of your delivery address; it doesn’t matter how many items you order.

Delivery of heavy or bulky items to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands may be subject to a higher delivery charge. We will contact you should any part of your order not be covered by the £9 charge and an exact delivery quote will be provided, at which time any additional payment will be taken should you wish to continue with the order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the type of product you order. We have therefore listed delivery times on each item description page. The delivery times are approximate and quoted as working days.

What if I am out when you try to deliver?

If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. If you have somewhere secure where your delivery can be left, please add a note when going through the checkout and this will be added to your shipping documents.

What are the terms and conditions?

If any items you order are not available, we will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you, we will send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item or refund you accordingly.

Deliveries normally occur between 7 am and 6 pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified.

Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting, assembly or installation of your goods.

We do not deliver to multiple addresses

Please leave a daytime telephone number so that when necessary we can contact you to make delivery arrangements.

If your order contains more than one item, the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates because our products are delivered from different locations.

Delivery is available to all UK addresses. Customer living in some remote rural areas should note some services are not available and delivery may take slightly longer.

Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Simply Secure. It is our aim to offer you quality products at outstanding value for money. Please make sure you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.

14-day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will either exchange or offer a complete refund, providing the item is unused, in its original packaging, together with the receipt or order number. Simply contact our sales team for details on how to return your purchase (exclusions apply**). A collection charge for unwanted items may apply. This charge may vary according to the size and weight of the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Products

In the rare event that your purchase is incorrect, damaged in transit or fails to perform, please contact our sales team within 28 days of delivery and they will arrange collection from you, free of charge (exclusions apply**). Collection of the goods will occur via our nominated carrier. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

If you experience a fault with your product after 28 days but within 12 months and you can produce your receipt or order number, we will endeavour to repair it for you. If we cannot offer a repair, then we will give you a replacement product.
