At Simply Secure, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery charges, timescales, returns and guarantees, all designed with your convenience and confidence in mind.
Simple and Transparent Delivery Costs
You’ll only ever pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of how many items you buy. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
For heavier or bulkier items being delivered to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, additional charges may apply. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you directly with a tailored delivery quote before proceeding — so there are no unexpected costs.
Reliable and Timely Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product. You’ll find estimated delivery times clearly listed on each product page. These are quoted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, we’ll leave a card with easy instructions to reschedule or rearrange. Prefer us to leave your delivery in a secure spot? Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you change your mind, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note, a collection charge may apply for unwanted items, based on size and weight.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault within 28 days, contact us and we’ll arrange a free collection and issue a refund or replacement quickly and efficiently.
Should your product develop a fault after 28 days but within 12 months, we’ll do everything we can to repair it. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll provide a replacement to ensure you stay protected.
Important Delivery Information
- Delivery hours are between 7 am and 6 pm on working days.
- We deliver to all UK addresses, though remote and rural locations may require extra time.
- Multiple items may arrive separately as they are shipped from different locations.
- Delivery is to your door; please note we do not offer lifting, assembly or multi-address delivery as standard.
